Common questions

What counts as an inspection?+

Any inspection record you create. Drafts you never submit do NOT count toward your monthly allowance — only inspections you actively work on. You can also archive old ones to keep your list tidy without affecting your count.

What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?+

If you've added a card, we start billing on day 15. If not, your workspace becomes read-only until you add one — your data is preserved, you just can't create new inspections.

Can I switch plans later?+

Yes. Solo → Teams is one click on the Billing page; we prorate the upgrade. Teams → Solo requires removing extra users first.

What about overage charges?+

On Teams, each user gets 100 inspections / month. The 101st triggers a $5 overage charge added to your next invoice. We email the owner the first time it crosses, so it's never a surprise.

Is there a setup fee?+
